The whole process only needs one person to complete the operation, which reduces labor costs.

Features

1. The XY axis mold frame on the equipment is driven by a servo motor to drive a synchronous belt, and the walking step length and speed are controlled by the control system. When the manual setting is completed and fixed on the mold frame, the switch is started and controlled by the industrial computer. The product will alternately move the mold frame in the X and Y axis directions to automatically complete the welding of each part. After the welding is completed, it will automatically return to the original point. No need for manual operation by other personnel. At the same time, the operator can place the material to prepare for the next welding work, which not only reduces labor costs, but also makes effective use of the welding time for material swing, which maximizes work efficiency.

2. Using advanced welding technology and reasonable mechanism, in order to ensure stable welding quality, reduce spatter and virtual welding phenomenon during welding, the welding machine adopts self-made pressurized cylinder, which has good follow-up performance, and the welding pressure is compensated at the moment of welding. It can make the welding products more reliable and the melting core more beautiful.

3. The project adopts a programmable mode of operation. The controller can store the specifications of the customer's multiple sets of products. According to the mesh process requirements, the welding sequence can be set according to the needs of the mold frame walking distance and alternate time to ensure that the welding position is accurate and reach it automatically The desired effect.
